Phone Triage, Somerset, NJ (Ophthalmic)
Must have ophthalmic background doing phone triage must have knowledge of eye and able to advise the patient if they need to come in or what they should do. Will also fill prescriptions. Will take messages on Dr.s line and pull file and relay message to tech. for advice (if needed)
This is not a front desk position, it is to answer questions and concerns from patients.
Full time days 8:30 to 5:00 no night and no weekends. Competitive salary and benefit package with financial support for education/certification credits within the field of ophthalmology. Health Insurance, Free Dental, and savings plan, vacation and PTO time.
