Medical Receptionist for both Bergenfield and Passaic, NJ.

Medical Receptionist for both Bergenfield and Passaic, NJ. (Bi-lingual Spanish).Hours are 9-5:30, 8:00-4:30, and 10:00-6:30 pm Monday-Friday and 2 Saturdays a month from 9:00-4:00. Schedule is consistent week to week. Everyone does some early and late shifts. Responsibilities are checking in/out patients, collecting co pays/balances, answering the phones, scheduling appointment in Athena and using Nextech, our EMR system. Ophthalmology receptionist experience preferred, or must have 2+ years of medical receptionist experience with insurance eligibility, referrals, and authorizations in a medical or surgical specialty. Medical insurance, Medical -2 options with an employer/employee contribution. 13 days off (5 which are sick/personal & 8 vacation days). Holidays 6, and a 401K up to 3% of salary (50% match).
